Assistant District 4 Right of Way Manager

District 4 includes: Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River.

Mr. Taylor will be reviewing of the Florida Department of Transportation, the right of way acquisition process, and the outlook for the next five years.

Mr. Taylor is currently the Assistant District Right of Way Manager—Management Services, Office of Right of Way, Florida Department of Transportation, District 4. Mr. Taylor’s scope of duties includes capital and operating funds management, project scheduling, property management (leasing, sales), cost estimating, information technology, joint use development, and records management.
