Competition in the real estate market is at an all time high. There is very little that separates a $300k home from a $150k home except what the current owner owes the banks. For this reason a lot of sellers are forced to look for new and innovative marketing solutions to prevent them from having to drop the list price of their property. Unfortunately there really aren’t a lot of ways that an individual can market their property. Realtors, signs, online and print ads usually cover the basics.

Job Description:

On your own time, take the information we have provided, including pitches, color samples, email templates, and even business cards to local real estate related offices. This may include leasing offices, realtors, investors, investment groups, etc.

Explain to them the benefits of this service and what a difference it could make for their business. Sell them a package and we do the rest. Our design team will contact them and personally review their request and create a 1 of a kind layout for them and email it to them.

Tools Provided:

Marketing Kit including: 100 Business Cards, *1000 personalized cards available for $35, 2- 8’x 10’ glossy foam board examples of 3D Layouts for presentations, Pricing brochures, 10 pre-written sales pitches including ways to find clients, and of course Order Forms.  

Commission:

20% of total contract upon completion. Completion of the sketch is usually 48 -72hrs after order. Our sketches start at $95 so minimum commission for just 1 sale is about $20. A single apartment complex with 6 room styles would be $120 in your pocket and all you had to do was tell them about it!

Payment Method:

We use PayPal Direct Deposit for their security and traceability. Deposits are made every 2 weeks. You will be responsible for filling your own 1099 Tax Forms. If you do not have a Pay Pal account you will need to establish one in order to receive your funds.
